I had multiple issues with water leaks coming from the upstairs unit. Even though these issues were mentioned and documented internally, maintenance was always slow to resolve issues. This water heater closet was discovered during a mold inspection November 20th, 2024 and was never addressed until after my move out January 22, 2025.
