Unfortunately the nursing staff was extremely rude to adults. I took a 12 year old to this clinic and the nurse insisted on only talking to the 12 year old . Did not want to hear from me, (the grandmother) the child is in my care . I brought her to the clinic. The nurse believes that she has all the rights. Now the child is denying treatment. Smart nurse . 12 year old, don’t drive, don’t vote, don’t pay the bills. Let’s let them run the show.

All the staff working tonight were fantastic. Despite being the last patient there tonight and my daughter panicking about having her eye checked, meaning the consult ended up taking much longer than it normally would have, the Dr was incredibly patient and worked with her. Nurse and reception were also friendly and helpful at all times. Thankyou all.
