Came to take my daughter to see doctors as she’s been crying over a knee pain tonight, she had this pain for a while now but has now gotten worse tonight so thought to take her to after care as the receptionist said it was fine to bring her in so I made the travel but the nurse rudely turned me away as soon as I said she had to his pain for a while and said I can’t even look at it you have to go back home and go back to your gp tomorrow as we don’t want to steal business from them! The only thing urgent about this clinic is the diagnosis made, albeit incorrect. I have never experience a doctor perform such a poor examination on my child, which led to an incorrect diagnosis, missed other ailments and prescribed antibiotics that were not necessarily needed. We visited this clinic to avoid the hospital, however ended up at ED the following day. I visited Green Medical Group today and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Susan Schoeman was professional and attentive. There was also another doctor in a pink gown who was very kind and helpful. A special thank you to Dilshad for the great service — truly appreciated! Highly recommend this team!
I have never once visited this clinic and gone in to my appointment at my allotted time. The clinic has an online booking system which has set timeslots, if you can't keep to it, go back to booking via phone. Also, every single time I come here, I am asked 'have you been here before, can I have your DOB, can I see your Medicare'. I've filled in the new patient form twice and I refuse to fill it again. It's concerning that records are not properly kept.
I have experiences with Dr. Javed and Dr. Basir They are both very professional, but very caring.They definitely go out of their way for their Patiences. Dr. Javed stayed overtime just to make sure that I was understanding of my results. I have never had A doctor so personally involved And actually caring this great. 😊
