On 14/08/25 doctor and nurse on evening shift not friendly and so rude with certain patients and not check my kids properly. The Indian doctor didn't use nametag because don't want to be reported. Im waiting 2 hours but the doctor didn't give any prescription even i already told him my kids vomiting at night when coughing and crying. For what im waiting until 2 hours but u didn't check properly and didn't give prescription. Wow, I always get taken back with admiration for medical staff that are as efficient, thorough and kind. Greens medical group is most definitely a holy trinity in patient care. Thank you
I don’t recommend this clinic. It is very disappointing as my partner had a ear ache and I called the receptionist before booking in if the ear wax could be taken out as it should be done urgently and however I was asked to visit the clinic. The previous patient before us was disappointed doctor refused to give medication for her baby and contact another Clinic and at the same time we were too informed that the doctor can’t help and it was such a waste of time.
Dr Pranjal Deka is rude, unprofessional, intimidating. He shouldn’t be a doctor and he shouldn’t be left alone in the room with a women.
The service was extremely slow and the patients were treated unevenly. I arrived at the clinic when it was not yet busy, but I was the last to be treated. I waited for a total of 2.5 hours. While I was being treated, a patient entered and was treated before me. The tone of voice of the doctor and nurses when speaking to me was clearly different from other patients.
