We had to bring our son here after a head injury on a Sunday afternoon, and were referred from Monash Dandenong ED to Greens Medical Group Urgent Care. Even though it was after hours, the staff were so courteous, caring, and reassuring. They saw him quickly, treated the wound with great care, glued it, and thankfully we were able to take him home the same day. As a parent, it was such a relief to know he was in good hands. I’m truly grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown — highly recommend their services.
Hi everyone today I was here and I feel so bad, they treat me like I’m enemy I just want do checkups .I’m very shock they treat me like that’s. actually I just come before because my sister just suggest me here and at that’s time it’s good but this my second time I’m very2 shock and this my last time I’m coming to this place. Just went to greens medical group clinic because I couldn’t get into my regular doctor. I had to leave a review because they were A+++++ staff were excellent. The nurse and the doctor were absolutely fantastic!!!!! Efficient, thoughtful, thorough and helpful. I highly recommend
On 14/08/25 doctor and nurse on evening shift not friendly and so rude with certain patients and not check my kids properly. The Indian doctor didn't use nametag because don't want to be reported. Im waiting 2 hours but the doctor didn't give any prescription even i already told him my kids vomiting at night when coughing and crying. For what im waiting until 2 hours but u didn't check properly and didn't give prescription. For what you ask patient to treat your staff respectfully but the doctor and nurse treat the patients ... read more
