Fries are good, lamb pita is bad. Dry meat & thick pita, lacks tzatziki.
Love this place - the superfood salad is my JAM! Quality is great, ingredients are fresh and healthy, service is friendly, and the value great. The salads are HUGE! The prepared sides are also fantastic. Owner is local and part of the community here!

Today I picked up a rotisserie chicken and a container of chicken salad from Greens and Grains. I ate about a third of the rotisserie chicken (and a small amount of the salad) when I got home and immediately noticed the chicken was only lukewarm and felt undercooked in the middle. A few hours later I was hit with intense nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, and chills – textbook acute food poisoning symptoms. Im not a salad guy, but my wife loves salad. Picked up a salad today from Green and Grains and boy was I surprised at the portion! 1 salad was enough for my wife and myself; with leftovers for later! Got to speak to Ian for a little bit and was surprised that all the ingredient are organic and locally sourced. Including the pickled onions being made in house! For a guy who doesn’t eat salads, I would say the Asian chicken was the best salad I’ve ever had! Going to try their sandwiches on the next visit! 10/10
