Excellent customer service from the initial phone call I made as I had a few queries relating to choice of flowers and shipping instructions. My two orders were for different addresses so I followed up with an email as suggested by Marina. This email was promptly acknowledged as was the email I sent the next day enquiring about a delivery window frame.
