I recently had an HVAC installed by Greens Energy Service on 4/5/24. The agent ******************* show me the different quote proposals, I choice the ****** Heat Pump and ****** Air Handler. Two days after installation I noticed the Air Handler says "*****." Monday I email Greens Energy, 2 days later ************** returned my call. He tried to convince me how great a ***** was. DO NOT USE THS COMPANY. We bought a brand new commercial unit from Greens, spent well over 10K in addition to paying for numerous service calls and we have had nothing but trouble due to poor installation. Approximately every 2 months the system has gone down for one reason or another. My business cannot operate if the a/c is down, and this company has cost me thousands of dollars in cancelled appointments. The service team are professionals but the business office and managers/owners are unprofessional, lack integrity and honesty and will blow you off. I don’t recommend.
Love this company. Aways professional and on time. Rates are competitive. They replaced our system a few years ago and any problems we have had, they come out quickly to diagnose and reair. Highly recommend a maintenance contract with them as they are able to schedule coming out to maintain your equipment at peak effiecency.

Service technician is always friendly and helpful! Today our tech fixed something that makes it easier to put filters in and out. We feel our A/C is much more efficient using the annual service agreement regularly!
Why did you install aluminum electrical service conductors when you replaced the heat and A/C in my home? It replaced copper conductors. Aluminum was a known issue at the time of installation. It is now impacting the sale of my home. If I was aware it was aluminum I would have stopped you back then. I thought I could trust you. Would you replace it at your expense?
