Great service! We called in the morning about an AC issue; told between 11-3. David Dean showed up around 1230 and was done by 130. He showed up and got right to work, had the part replaced before their office confirmed our warranty (with our pre-approval). Amazing service, great communication. Highly recommend and will continue to use for our AC needs.

Horrible service. We have yearly maintenance with this company. Every time that they come over to "clean and inspect" our AC, not only they do not do a good job, and the tech is so rude. But our AC keeps running on the thermostat stays steady at 80 degrees, even when the temperature outside drops. I tried calling them after hours, because they are supposed to be 24 hours, but no one answers and it goes straight to voicemail, even when I dial the number for "emergency".
