I was able to have a tech come only thirty mins after I called on a Saturday. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was on top of things and didn't take long to find the problem. It's now hours since he left and I got right on it calling and sending emails to the office manager and the hoa president. They contacted the contractors who caused the problem and they have been here for hours trying to fix things. They even called a a/c person from another company to help.
