Not a kid friendly place. Playground consist of one sliding board. Pool opens at 4pm daily even when school is out. Kids are espected to be quiet in their own home during day time hours. Laws show that kids running and playing is normal noise and apartments should not penalize you for it. If neighbors want quiet 24 7, they should move to a senior living community. Would not recommend this place if you have small kids.
