Moved in on Monday 8/11 and so far it has only been 5 days and i’ve had a field day with this place. It has not been smooth sailing at all. First off, there is dog poop EVERYWHERE. These tenants do not pick up their dogs poop and the apartment complex doesn’t seem to take care of it. I have a dog myself and make sure I pick up her poop every time. WARNING to anyone with a disability or service animal I’m disgusted by how The Greens at Van de Water and Mission Rock Residential handled my friend’s legal request to have her fully trained Service dog live with her. Instead of following federal law under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), they demanded documents they have no legal right to ask for and claimed she did not prove she was disabled which she doesn't need to prove that at all then they illegally denied her accommodation.
