1 Star — COMPLETE SCAM. MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE. I’m furious. We pay our rent on time every single month — over $2,400 when our lease says $2,173 — and yet management still finds ways to bother us, harass us, and make living here miserable. How does that make sense? You pay them faithfully and they treat you like a problem. Nothing ever gets fixed, the neighbors are constantly yelling and causing chaos, and when you report it, they turn around and report YOU out of pure spite. What kind of management does that? 1 Star — RUN FAR AWAY! COMPLETE SCAM AND WORST MANAGEMENT EVER! I am BEYOND angry with this place. It’s an absolute SCAM from top to bottom. The management here is a joke — they do NOTHING, ignore every issue, and treat tenants like garbage. Nothing ever gets fixed, neighbors scream and fight all night, and when you finally report it, they turn around and REPORT YOU out of spite! Unreal. We lived at The Greens at Van de Water Apartments and absolutely loved it! The community is quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. The layouts are spacious with modern finishes, and the amenities - from the pool and fitness center to the walking trails - make it such a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. The location is perfect too, close to shopping, dining, and easy access to I-25. The staff and maintenance team were always friendly and quick to help whenever we needed anything. This is the most beautiful, nicest staff, and accommodating complex I have lived in. 10/10 recommend.
We were standing outside waiting for our tour and the doors were locked. Turns out they canceled at the time of the tour! Lots of dog poop and off leash dogs too.
