Genuinely great apartment complexes, one of the few good places to rent, the apartment team is really friendly, and are always planning small events or parties. They occasionally give gifts as thanks for renting with them, and they are usually pretty considerate about the gifts if you have pets. they repair and take care of the apartments often. I lived here for about a year. It’s a bit pricey for a dated place, but well worth it. It’s quiet and the 2 property managers Letty and Elva are great. I can’t say the same about many other places in the area.
lived here two years. Walls are a bit thin, but to be expected for an old building. Reasonable rent and excellent maintenance staff. Letty and Elva were always helpful!
