Pros: It’s quiet and people are friendly but mind their own business. Plenty of parking. Even for guests. There is a pantry that visits regularly. Nice washer room. Plenty of light for indoor plants. Income based rent. Good storage. Good sized rooms. Different activity rooms, a gym and a shared outdoor garden area. Pest control. Cons: Electric stove. No space heaters are allowed at all.
