PLEASE BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! The entire move in process was terrible, being told by phone MULTIPLE TIMES that was my actual apartment would be one location only to get there after moving from Dallas TX & it was nothing like we discussed. I called the office to inform them of the error & was told there was nothing they could do about it because I had already signed my lease. not a good place to live
Whoever Kelli is that works there has a horrible attitude and down plays/talks about her employees saying they don’t know what they’re talking about/ not to listen to them because I was told I would only have to pay half my rent for this month now there backing out on there word, but from what I see from these reviews this isn’t the first time they’ve don’t this! It’s giving scam!!!
move in process was extremely vague, they refused to give an exact move in date for MONTHS, despite weekly calls. apartment falls apart, blinds are cheap, wiring does not allow for multiple things plugged into one room's outlets, dishwasher floods, and they add unnecessary late charges and change deadlines. they continually leave notices saying my car registration is out of date, despite it being VERY easy to check on the .gov website that my registration is up to date. apartment manager is VERY disrespectful.
This has a lot of bad reviews and it doesn't make since to me I have lived here for almost two years and they have done nothing but treated me and my husband with kindness if something is broken or not working they come out literally the same day to fix it or handle it in a timely manner I love living here the apartments are great I having nothing but good things to say about living here I recommend them to every one. Plus the people that work in the office are so kind and helpful
