The person over the phone was courteous when we called, seemed to work with us, offered welcoming tour, nice apartments but another one step in price as Alot in Conway for just a place, seems you pay more for golfing amenity which one spouse isn't interested in and moves away from the decision based on that preference. If some financial pic was diff in another time, it could be considered as good place to reside. It's a good one to look into.

I’m enjoying my new apartment here. The apartment is beautiful! All the office staff & workers are very kind. They respond to any issues in a very timely manner. Beautiful grounds to walk my dog! Most importantly, I feel safe here.

Many people have a lot of negative things to say about Lindsey Management, however, we never had any issues here. Lived at the Greens for a year and a half and lived at the Fairways next door for two years during college. Speaking on the Greens, management was usually great and always helpful. Maintenance was often same day or next day dependent upon the issue. Rent continues to go up, which is unfortunate, but that is true everywhere. Generally I would recommend living here.
