The worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Constant noise, ceilings/walls sound like they are caving in
Our experience with the Greens at Hollymead was marred by a lack of communication, major maintenance issues (including water damage and mold), and frankly unethical behavior by management and the management company. First, pipe leaks and water damage were frequent problems in our building. Before we had moved into our apartment our unit had apparently (according to two neighbors) experienced a leak that caused the living room, kitchen, and main bedroom to take on water.
