Took them over a year to fix my fireplace, old manager had it on the books for March 2025, new guys did not get it fixed until Feb 2026 despite my asking. Noise was not bad when I first moved in 2023, but now, it's awful, despite having the lease state no disturbing noises, and the county having codes stating max decibel readings for DAY and NIGHT, residents still exceed those maxes, and leasing office refuses to do anything about it. Greens at Hollymead is great!!! Ryan, Alesia, Chris, and Butch do an amazing job here. So happy to be a part of this community. The resident events are so fun! Chirs even fixed my air conditioner when my thermostat broke. I cannot speak highly enough of the management team.
Alesia and Ryan were very accommodating and friendly. This is the most hospitable experience we've had since looking for apartments. They kept us updated throughout the process and quickly got back to us every chance they could. The apartments themselves are spacious, and it was pretty clean when we moved in. It has a wonderful layout. We're pleased to move in and excited to begin our journey with the Greens at Hollymead!
Ryan has been so welcoming and has gone above and beyond to help make my apartment leasing experience a great one!
