I was stationed in Fort Riley, KS for three years. The drive from Fort Riley, KS to Charlottesville, VA takes 18 hours. Alesia made the process smooth and easy and our apartment was ready when we arrived. When we arrived after a long trip she received us with a warm smile and excellent hospitality. Any issues we have gone through, she has found a way to fix them in a timely manner. We are so grateful to have her.
If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. We started our lease in December of 2024 and our first unit flooded 4 times in the first 3 months. We were then told that our building has one main water line and due to us being on the bottom floor, if anyone caused a clog our unit would be the one that flooded. Each time it would flood through out Water Heater Drain that also did not have a drip pan (against code).
