You can NEVER get anyone on the phone. The phone just rings during office hours, and the only time anyone picks up is after it's gone to the answering service who cannot help. Email goes unanswered. Maintenance is non-existent. I've heard others have mice problems, but I haven't experienced that, only bugs (windows aren't sealed, so they come in through the windows and the kitchen fan that never closes).
