Accepted me when others wouldn't. It's a nice apartment as well.
First and foremost, the living experience at the Greens, in terms of apartment and neighbor quality, was pleasing. Unfortunately, this peacefully enjoyable living area was reduced thanks to the general practices of the management company. The Green's staff is extremely nice and pleasant throughout the showing of apartments and during the actual signing of the lease. The apartment is good, fully furnished, but the Internet connection is extremely bad with repeated pauses. It could happen dozen of times a night!
I live in an executive suite at the Greens in Columbia. While the apartment itself is nice, and it is decorated well, both the apartment and its furnishings are poorly cared for. Management does not care about its residents, and it uses the cheapest things - quality is their LAST concern. Nobody bothered to make sure our apartment was clean before we moved in, when we found dead bugs scattered throughout the apartment.
