This place is an absolute DUMP. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! The entire property is littered with trash. It’s FILTHY. The dumpsters are always overflowing with trash. The tenets leave full sized beds, sofas, and other furniture all around it and it never gets disposed of. It’s DISGUSTING. The picture posted of the trash was taken at 7:08 AM right after the garbage truck came and that’s how it looked. You can only imagine how bad it is by the end of the week. These people are infamous for placating their tenants and outright misleading them. They will literally say anything to avoid being held accountable for their landlord responsibilities. But don’t take my word for it, go look at an apartment and listen to the way they make excuses before you ever even sign anything, it’s pretty indicative of what you should expect while you’re there..
