**DO NOT USE** I work for a Realty Company. Banks require an appraisal before the bank will finance a loan. It generally takes 1 week for the whole process including giving the appraisal to the bank. The bank ordered an appraisal 3 WEEKS AGO on Monday. In that 3 weeks, we called & emailed Ronald Green (owner & appraiser) with no returned contacts.
