I called to have my dishwasher repaired and got an appointment for a couple of days later between 9am and noon. By 1230 no one had arrived and I had not gotten a call. I called to question why and got voice mail. I left a message and never got a call back. Worst customer service ever, don't waste your time with this company.

Wonder service Matt Jones has been a great blessing. My wall oven went out and we needed a replacement. They were booked up all the way too next week. Thanksgiving is in two days no stove to use but I got the call it came today and Matt Jones and the wonderful staff reached out to me and my oven was installed today.
