It's not rather quiet compared to most city apartments.
Never had a problem in the neighbors as long as you stay in your on lane out of other people lane and business Casey and Mike very understanding people and manager.
Bad kids but playful clime trees a lot but I like the neighborhood
I lived there 8 months then started having issues with a neighbor that felt entitled to a certain parking space. This person was so disrespectful to anyone that came to visit me . A physical altercation happened because this person would go things yo provoke people. She called her family over and long story short. She had now done this to another resident. Management is just interested in receiving that Section 8 money....RUN IF YOUR PAYING CASH MINI GHETTO
