This was by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I clearly requested to be notified when the technician arrived onsite, yet no one communicated anything. I used Greens Air Conditioning & Refrigeration for one of my business locations. While I appreciated that they came out the same day, the technician initially tried to install an incorrect part, which required a second trip. I was charged in full for both visits, which I found frustrating given the error was on their part. This experience led me to question their expertise with the appliance in question.
