I am very moved by the care my father received at Greenridge. Staff often went above and beyond. He enjoyed the meals and the kitchen staff was so kind and generous with his special requests. In the weeks my father was there I was sometimes near tears to witness the great kindness of the staff to the patients.
Can you go lower than a one star.from the staff to the food , from the in house Dr. To the pt ,it was all worthless..from being given the wrong medication to being left on the commode for 30 min....from a shower once a week to having to get mad to get your bloody bandages changed....from people falling out of beds to people yelling all night..from the lack of staffing to the overworked nurses ...THIS PLACE SUCKED
I have been a patient there on three the different times. Excellent care.
Been there when I broke my hip. Mostly Hindi staff(Hindi ownership - no surprise) plain food poor service.
