We had been looking for a landscaper for our yard in Jersey City and we were so happy to find Nick at Greenr World! We had to move around timing of the work a few times as we were having other things done, and he was so flexible and communicative with us. The team came in and were so professional and thorough, they got the job done between 9 am and 7 pm and I definitely thought it would take at least two days- they were so efficient and non stop. All these reviews must be fake and made up. Had a 10am appointment for a quote but their guy, Aaron, didn't show up till 6:30PM. Promised to send a quote the very next day. Three days later I called him for my quote, said he was busy but would send it that day. Two days later, called him again, same excuse 'busy but you will get it tonight'. Six days later still no quote? Why would I even want to give them my business? They act like they are doing you a favor. Extremely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor, try someone else.
