This company came on my property without my knowledge and proceeded to dig up one of my field lines. They broke the pipe and left. I later received a quote from them for $13k to replace my system. We had never had any issues with our system. After multiple calls to this company, they would not come back and repair the damage they caused. Service after the sale was horrible. They did not come back to cover up the septic system and the line between the house and the water company broke. They refused to come and fix it cause it was too far and I was out of pocket 300 bucks. Unacceptable. … specifically don’t take jobs that you can’t completely complete. It’s not fair to your customers. I’m seeing a lawsuit here …so I can get my money back. You have a guarantee on your website that my pipes are gonna be happy but they’ve been crying rivers ever since.

Green Pro installed a premium home filtration system to correct and clean our hard water from iron, chlorine and mineral contaminants in our North Lee Water. Would give a zero if I could.. System has been in use a little over a year (15 months) and we paid $7200. We were told today, our pump or sprayers (or possibly both) have gone out and need replacing.. the cost would range from $1200- almost $3000. Not to mention, they were called out 2 months after the system was installed about a scent and a couple of times, thereafter. The technicians have been wonderful, but the company and its policies are horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY... Save yourself the headache.

They installed my new water treatment plant Dec 26 2017, did an amazing job, very prompt. I recently had the tank pumped by a different company and as a result had to have Green Pro out to reset the tank. As previously they prompt and reasonable. We had built fences since the installation and they had to work in a tight spot. We got 4 inches of rain barely a week later and the tank stayed put. I highly recommend this company!
