Chris and the GreenPoint Roofing team did an amazing job! I had several unique challenges with my roof, and I truly believe they fixed underlying issues that had existed since the house was built in 2001. Beyond the high-quality repair, Chris and Scott (the owner) went above and beyond by working directly with the manufacturer to resolve a warranty issue on my old roofing. To top it off, their quote was more competitive than the other two bids I received. Exceptional service and great value!

Scott and his crew took on a very unique job for us - two standing-seam roofs on historic, 125-year-old train cars that are part of Louisville's East Gateway to downtown. His crew came and got the job done in a timely and professional manner, and even cleaned up the tracks their vehicles made in the mud that we had out there at the time. I recently had GreenPoint Roofing replace the very old roof and gutters on my South Boulder home, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the start, Mike Christie, the project manager, was upfront and honest—he clearly explained that my roof wouldn’t qualify for an insurance claim due to its age and condition. GreenPoint Roofing just put on my new roof, and I couldn’t be happier. They were excellent on all fronts: provided an estimate quickly, communicated well start to finish, showed up right on time, worked efficiently, excellent workmanship and product, repaired places with rotted siding, finished on time, cleaned up thoroughly, followed up on the smallest details, fair price and really nice people. GreenPoint Roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof. They were very informative through the whole process from working with insurance up to when the inspector signed off. They were very polite and kind. The crew was extremely quick and worked efficiently. They brought the roof up to code with the needed amount of attic vents. If you need a new roof or repairs, I highly advise you to use GreenPoint Roofing. They are excellent!
