Fui a esta clínica por recomendación pero fue el peor error, tuve que aplazar un mes mi cirugía porque al doctor INVENTÓ que yo tenía un dolor en el pecho y solamente lo hizo para mandarme el cardiólogo y no fue suficiente con eso sino que me mandaron una tomografía la cual todo salió perfecto, solo para sacarle dinero a mi seguro la tomografía costaba $700 y la pago mi seguro médico, esperando los resultados del examen, no me pude operar en la fecha y para colmo JAMAS me hicieron el examen que la clínica donde me iba a oper... read more

Worst doctor office I have ever been too . Had a 9am appointment, the doctor walks through the door at 9:30. I left the office at 9:45 because I needed to go to work and at least I did blood work. Then I have 2 weeks and a half trying to get my results of the blood work . This office only cares about money and not the care and health of patients . I suffer from anemia. This office is very negligent. Only worried about making me waste another day to sit in the lobby for a Doctor to be almost an hour late for an appointment..

This place is a sham. They don’t care about seniors. Dr. Luis is very condescending and gaslights you when expressing your pain and symptoms. Doesn’t do proper exams and dismisses concerns as old age, flu, or specialty care when specialty care say these issues can be handled by your primary doctor. Front desk staff also refuse to listen and don’t update records. They see what they want to see and don’t double-check anything. But what do they care, insurance pays them either way. Don’t go here.
