Called this business because my tenants boiler was not circulating hot water. Two young guys showed up. Touched every switch and lever on and off from the boiler. Drained the boiler, let water spout everywhere from the expansion tank. For no apparent reason. By the end after giving me 2 possible problems. He diagnoses a piece needs to be replaced and pipe cut.
