Had a good experience for NY inspection and seat covers installed for my car. The staff was friendly and professional and they did a great job!
Terrible experience as a woman. Came to get my inspection done and I was failed over something that should’ve not failed me. Went to a different mechanic right after and they told me these people pulled one over on me because I could’ve passed but they just wanted to get more money out of me by fixing the issue then and there. I am very happy with the work done by Greenpoint auto. With a '98 Corolla, people may not always take you seriously. Dealership staff audibly scoffed when I drove my (then 15 year old) car onto the lot. Greenpoint Auto are very down to earth. William and Billy listened to my concerns, accurately diagnosed the problems and fixed everything at a fair price.
