Very impressive communication, support and guidelines that enabled me to make the right choice. They were both responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The team and processes are top-notch.
Greenplan Management is a classic Chicago slumlord. Water has been shut off at least 15 times in the past year. S*hole buildings with always something going wrong as they are too cheap to do any worthwhile rehabilitation, but happy to take our hard-earned rent money. I've lost count of the many times I've tried to brush my teeth or shower, turn on the faucet and nothing comes up. This is not the only problem of course.
I was a first-time renter (I owned a home before relocating to Illinois) and I could not be happier with the decision I made to rent with Greenplan Management and to work with Oak Park Apartments to find the right place for me. The property where I live is very well taken care of and I feel like mgmt does a great job keeping me in the loop on what is going on with the building and upcoming maintenance and the like.
