My husband got shut out of greenpal because GREENPAL over charged a customer and both my husband and the customer tried contacting them. They would respond about their mistake and the customer cancelled their greenpal account because of their lack of communication and poor customer service. Greenpal then deactivated my husbands account and sent a email out to all HIS customers saying that he fell below community standereds. How is this acceptable?
