The worst receptionists have been hired to work here, very abrupt and rude behaviour. No regard for patients and their queries. They pick and choose who gets an appointment and who doesn’t. They make notes of patients who have been upset over the phone and purposely don’t give you appointments. Please if you can - I recommend you go elsewhere and save yourself the disrespect and abysmal service. Will be making a higher, formal complaint.
Need to make an appointment to see a doctor yet everytime your waiting a minimum of 1 hr for your turn, once in the doctors are great however the wait time is ridiculous.
In my opinion, this is the best medical center ever, mainly because of Dr. Nilofar Daneshi. She is truly the best. She gives me and all her patients plenty of time to ask questions, and she answers everything with patience. She even calls me as soon as my blood test results are out and makes sure I have enough time to discuss everything. Dr Youssef and Dr Hawi are super doctors! The local community is blessed to have these health practitioners in their area. Very knowledgeable and caring with patients. The lovely receptionists are also easy to deal and book with. Keep up the good work!!
--- I had a disappointing experience with Dr. [Ebrahim]I TOTALLY DONT RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE, today regarding my child. The doctor was inconsiderate and dismissive of my concerns as a parent. She repeatedly asserted her authority in a rude manner and made me feel unheard. However i have a good experience with othe doctors at the medical center
