02/06/2026: 1450 This is the worst customer care service I have ever experienced. The receptionist (one female), a middle-aged woman of Arab appearance wearing a black hijab, completely ignored me even though I was standing directly in front of her. Doctors are fantastic especially dr David, dr Thomas, and dr hawi, BUT the receptionists are the worst receptionists I’ve ever come across!! They are very rude and disrespectful, they will put you an appointment and than allow their friends to go in before you while you wait another hour while they are doing favours for ppl they know, they talk down at you and talk to you in the most disrespectful rudest manner!
