I attended green meadow surgery Cwmbran today after waiting three weeks for an appointment. I checked in at 11.40 for a 11.50 appointment only for a a 12.00 patient to be seen before me at 12.00. the nurse then told me my appointment was at 12.00 . I walked out in disgust.... this used to be a great surgery but sadly is now run by clowns
Excellent help and support from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors.
