Great! Nice, nice staff, though we could smell weed from other apartments, impressed that even if it rains a lot it wouldn't even come up to the patio on the first floor so good drainage, there was a resident who did not follow the dog leash rules and their dog was bad but it was a small dog
I clean apartment 812 every month and I love the layout and the enclosed balcony/patio. The baths are great with a deep tub and a large glass door enclosed shower. The living area is huge and the kitchen is nice with so many cabinets that are beautiful with a bar that is in between kitchen and LR.
We lived here from March 2023 to March 2024 in a one-bedroom, second-floor unit. The apartment was small but workable, and we didn’t hate our time here, but several ongoing issues made us decide not to renew. Main issues we experienced: • A metal access panel above the shower constantly leaked, rusted over time, and drained into the tub, causing permanent orange staining.
