The Good: nice Looking kitchen, good neighborhood, great school district. The Bad: cheaper to live in a home! $1,200 a month for a Small 900 square ft. Apartment with tiny closets. You still have to pay all utilities, including water, electric, sewage, and trash. The trash bill increases depending on occupancy. If you want to rent a washer and dryer it is $70 a month. The management and staff here are awesome! They treat you like a part of the family. My son loves walking to the office to visit.
