Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. Rachel was assisting me and asked for identification. I first provided my BC ID along with my BC Services Card, but she told me the Services Card could not be accepted as secondary ID. I then provided my driver’s licence and even a credit card with my name on it. Clerk makes recommendations without knowledge of products, they will lie about THC and CBD percentages
Didn’t give me receipt and they asked for it after 3 days of it being clogged first thing after opening make sure u ask for receipt because they’ll js take ur money with no reimbursement.
