I rarely write reviews but unfortunately my experience with this storage facility has been disappointing from the start. From being unable to access my unit, no return phones calls, days to solve a problem and an overall attitude of just not caring. I hope the management team works to improve communication and support for their customers. Do NOT recommend Greenlock Storage!
