Greenlite has been an amazing tool in my body and mind retransformation. I had a difficult pregnancy and put on a huge amount of weight. Feeling exhausted n weighed down was new for me and I was not sure how to become healthy again. Thanks to the counseling of the dietician at Greenlite and the guidelines set by the program, I have consistently lost an average if 3 pounds per week over the past 6 weeks. I'm not saying that's it's easy, there is no way to "cheat" it, but it's do-able. I'm doing it and so can you!!!
