We had a leak from a hose bib that flooded the front of our house and when we called GRS, they came out immediately, set up fans and dehumidifiers, and did moisture readings everywhere. Because of their quick response time we were able to get the moisture out before stuff was ruined and before growth started. They were very polite and professional. I'd recommend them 10 out 10.
Every Employee I've had the pleasure of working with has been exceptional. The amount of professionalism and empathy they carry is something you don't see a lot of these days. I've had to call Greenlight for numerous things in my line of work and they are always prompt with response and usually are out within 24 hours or less with a solution and ready to help. Our brand new home flooded during one of the recent storms due to poor masonry work. Caleb came out so quickly to check everything out. He assured me that although it seemed like a really terrible situation, it wasn’t actually that bad, and he would fix everything. He made me feel so much better.
