There were a couple tiny delays, because I had to get the OK from the building administration to take my A/C system apart. But everything came together and the task was done well. The doctors explained everything extremely clearly and I understood every stage of the process.

Unlike a previous company that rushed through the job, this technician took the necessary time to thoroughly clean each vent in about an hour and a half. It's been several days now, and the airflow seems noticeably improved with no dust blowing back into the rooms.
The problem turned out to be a faulty capacitor, and after diagnosing it fairly quickly, the technician replaced it and had the system running again in about an hour. He took the time to explain each step, which I appreciated since I had done some research beforehand.
After trying to troubleshoot the issue myself, I called in a technician who quickly diagnosed a faulty heat exchanger and replaced it over the course of an afternoon. Given that our system is quite old, I appreciated his clear explanations throughout the process and feel more confident about future maintenance needs.
