Nathan and Barbara from greenlight were a pleasure to deal with for our commercial inspection. Nathan provided a very thorough inspection and report. They were very patient in dealing with some scheduling delays. I highly recommend using Greenlight.
Their inspector, Curtis, was on the job promptly. Interviewed and observed carefully the roof work that was in progress. Useful drone shots of this industrial building. Very helpful for the older owner not able to scale tall ladders.
Our realtor recommended this company for our home inspection and we couldn’t be more satisfied. They did a VERY thorough job at looking at everything, recording everything they find with easy to understand details and pictures. They also included pictures and diagrams of how things are supposed to be done and provided resources for contractors and parts needed to repair everything. All of this at a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend to friends in the future.
