They are very unethical and deceitful. I got my car totalled by my insurance but we had an agreement I got a settlement offer from them I told them to wait til the end of the month but I got into an accident them insurance labeled it totalled now they retracted their offer and want more money. What a way to treat your customers while their down, now I don't got a car for my wife and children, thanks alot Greenlight auto sales you forever lost this customer and I hope your customer service makes you.lose alot more
I physically went into the shop, spoke to some woman that worked there and booked an appointment to check out a car of interest. On the day and time of my appointment, I arrived to find out no one was there. I called and texted the available numbers and the numbers given; no answer. That was extremely unprofessional. I don’t understand how a business stays in business when they treat potential customers like this.
Me and my wife have bought both are car and truck here an always have had great experience with both dealership and are vehicles.
