Nadia was so caring kind and compassionate, helping two old Boomers renew our cards. We don’t have any younger computer savvy helpers and each time we’ve renewed our cards the method has changed! She was a great coach to help us through some hoops in the process ( some errors committed by prior caregivers/card renewals) and so, we highly recommend her business to anyone! She was persistent in solving our problems!
I'm irritated paid 150 just to not get my medical card it's been almost 3 weeks and I had them order a new one and that is taking a week to get here and nothing yet at this point I just want my damn money back...... This place is dumb.

Selected an open appointment at noon on Saturday and then the cam back and confirmed 1:40 on Sunday when I am not available. Don't let me select a time if you are not going to give it to me. Did not confirm receipt of my forms and documents either, so far I am not impressed. Update: After receiving the later appointment I did call them and they got me processed same day, and confirmed that they had my forms and documents on file. Despite weirdness experienced wit the site it all worked out well.
