I've been a client for several years, and unfortunately this ended today. I called because my pine trees are having some more significant browning occurring, and I got and abrupt response of "we are not doing any more estimates this year" with zero explanation. Poor customer service response and for a company that charges significantly for their services, I would have expected more.
