I feel bad for the seniors here. In case of an emergency, no one answers the phone listed. My fiancé had a package that was sent to this address by a careless courier. My address and this one is as different as alphabets is to numbers. Me and my wife, has made numerous attempts to contact someone at this senior building, but to no avail. The office staff is unprofessional and do not take into consideration about the residents wellbeing.
