Could not give a worse recommendation if possible. Absolutely terrible landlords that conduct no maintenance at the risk of tenant injury and despite any number of complaints. Every morning i wake up and have to skirt around ice, a fallen gutter blocking my doorway, and climb through snow to get to the sidewalk. I pay $650 for a two story loft and wouldn't be happy even if rent was less than $500 because of how poorly they treat tenants and how unresponsive and uncompromising they are as landlords.
DO NOT RENT FROM GREENLEAF – They claim to have 24/7 maintenance, but I waited nearly a year to have a problem fixed. Problem never fixed, and never received my security deposit back. After speaking with several other tenants, both past and present, this seemed to be the case with every single renter I've spoken with.
