We had a great experience buying from the Lockbourne site. We live our camper. Danielle was so helpful from the minute we got there. She helped us through the process. Toby was great at explaining the camper during the walkthrough. We would highly recommend them!
Overall pretty good experience. Sales personnel seemed to not know many details on the units other than generic knowledge which is a bit inconvenient. Otherwise very friendly.
My wife and I were on our way home to Canada when our RV trailer brakes started grabbing. Not good! We searched for an RV service center. We were truly blessed to find Greenlawn RV! We were greeted by Miranda who was a tremendous help, friendly, warm, and professional. She had a very knowledgeable Service Tech, Jonny, help us. After we cried (figuratively) on his shoulder and explained the problem, he had it figured out in no time flat. What a relief they gave us! Thanks Greenlawn RV!! You’re da bomb. Blaine & Shelley
