Ernie is great literally amazing. but they need surveillance camera's on houses and street poles. there's a guy that walks around day and night and he will try to get in ur house he will mess with your stuff. they need to do it for safety hazard's in my opinion. i can't say much on other people because they have made lies on us here without knowing us. this park is nice though. 😎 but they need to choose who they let work here. my daughter's labeled handicapped and this is making it hard on us!
i have got to know a lote of people in hear.very nice people.the employees. are very nice ernie head of operations is a really supper kool guy
I have one of the 2018 homes they got and i love the fact in 8 years we will own it. we did have a little fixing we had to do but if u have bad credit and can't get a loan to buy a home this was a good opportunity for u, it was for us and our kids love it here.
My Husband & I have a New 2018 Moble home & We Love It! When We came to look @ Places We was Treated Very Nicely & were taken through a Couple Places because We wasn't sure what We wanted & Everything was Explained to Us & Within 2 Weeks We were in Our New Place 😍 Everyone that We Met & that Helped Us at Greenlawn Estates was Very Nice & Welcoming to Us! If Your Looking for a Nice Place to Live I Highly recommend Greenlawn Estate's!!! 😍 We Love it here..
it's a joke thay will try to sell u a place with black mold and floors coming up after u move in than treat u like crap when u tell them don't recommend to nobody
