The girl that answers the phone is absolutely rude. I was there back in February to examine my dog's paw. I was told he needed surgery to remove a cyst. I was told the price and when I called to schedule surgery appointment, I was told a much higher price. I asked the lady on the phone why the price had changed and she told me the price on the computer was that. Well I told her it's not right that you tell me a price and suddenly it changes. Dr Jeff and his tech Jean are the BEST! I foster bottle baby kittens for the municipal shelter and one of my babies was doing horribly. I wasn't sure he'd make it. After a visit there for some treatment and then follow up home care, I am so happy to say he survived!!
Dr. Jeff is the absolutely best! My family and I wouldn't dream of taking our animals anywhere else.
Doctor Jeff has cared for all 4 of my Golden Retrievers. One of ours, Roxie, unfortunately passed last year, and he knew she had cancer just by checking a lump on her side, we went and paid a lot of money to find out for sure and Doctor Jeff was correct. He is the nicest person and takes the best care of our dogs! Best vet ever. Took care of my baby Sergeant until his time was up and was the only male vet he wasn't afraid of. And does a great job with our other dog Juno even though she's always a little scared.
