First - I don't do google reviews. But from Greenland's initial inspection identifying/correcting for insufficient ventilation; to the competitive pricing afforded my project; to the only bidder that offered a firm and best price for fixing a rotting chimney; to providing complimentary incidental repairs to my roof that were contractually beyond the scope of the project; to a clean-up that ensured my 'as left' property was returned to "as found', every aspect of my experience with this company was exemplary.

We had greenland roofing and Exteriors come by to fix some siding that we had marked up on a project. Turn around was quick, siding install was perfect and matched great. Definitely my only call!
We needed a shingle replacement and the Greenland Team was great. They provided me with good advice on the options available. The quote was clear and provided all the material details and a breakdown of costs. The fee was competitive. Communication prior to and during the replacement was excellent. Everyone who was on site friendly and they cleaned up after themselves every day. I'm very happy with the final product. Thank you to the team at Greenland.
