I was really disappointed with our experience. I had explained over the phone before our appointment that my 5 year old son was extremely nervous and scared of the dentist, so I was hoping for someone who would take the time to make him feel comfortable. Unfortunately, there was very little effort made to engage with my son or build any rapport before trying to examine him. Dr Catherine Chow Provider No: 5575003 W $340 for a clean, X-rays and one fluoride treatment Poor communication between admin and dentist. I specifically booked a long new-patient appointment for x-rays, a clean, and multiple fillings, and confirmed multiple times there would be enough time allocated. After waiting 3 weeks, I was told after the clean and x-rays that there was no time left for any fillings and I’d need to wait another 3–4 weeks. I’ve been going to Greenland Dental for a while now and it’s honestly become my go-to dentist. It’s got that rare small, local feel where they actually know who you are and take the time to look after you properly, but at the same time the level of service is seriously impressive.
