I can’t say enough about clay the technician who came to work on our solar system. We live in Prescott, Arizona and Clay drove all the way from San Diego California to take care of our problem. I had been trying for months to find someone to fix the problem. It wasn’t until tech U contracted Green Lancer to come out and look at our system and after a few hours, the system was fixed and now we have our battery power working at 100%! Our company uses Greenlancer for everything we can in fact they are probably the best partner we have. Special shoutout to David DiRadio, Chelsea Hall and Brenden Watson! These are only the people I have dealt with and they always take the time needed to help us. David is my point man and Chelsea is our permit and interconnection Queen. Our experience with Greenlancer over the past year has been great! We have used their Design service and the process is straight forward and one of the best we have used. Donna, our field support team lead has been exceptional with assisting us with answering questions about assigned troubleshooting tickets. She is always just a text or phone call away and that is very important in our line of work. We value the partnership and look forward to working together on a lot more projects.
My husband and I installed our own solar panels and had a problem with our inverter 12 years later. The company we purchased our system from is no longer in business. Max Harris explained in detail how to get an RMA from SolarEdge for warranty replacement and how to find a local technician. It was reassuring being able to speak with Max directly and receive help.
Awesomeness!!!!!!! Across the Board I had decided on Solar a few years Back and may a bad choice with a installer, Move Forward to the Present. GreenLancer My HEROs from up North Saved me and my Project they were able to step in look at what was going on and make it finally Happen. This is something I up until I found them thought never would have happened. But they were amazing they got with a Trusted Installer (LunexPower) in my area and together made it Happen.
