Great experience with GreenLancer who efficiently requested an inverter replacement via warranty and coordinated with a local technician for the install. It’s a lonely place to own an orphaned solar system following the bankruptcy of the original install co. When the inverter failed, I had no idea what to do until I talked to Drew D. at GreenLancer who identified the problem and managed the solution with excellent communication along the way. Thank you!
My original solar panel installor went out of business and Drew Duncanson helped me obtain all the warranty information I had lost. Not only did he send it to me but he so so in a manner of days. He saved me so much searching and frustration. I can not recommend him any higher than 5 star but in my book he's a 10.
Thank you, Drew, for everything. Especially taking the time to call me and help identify the problem. You've got a well-oiled machine. Great business for anyone left high and dry by solar scammers and/or bankrupt MIA solar installers.
I’m having the hardest time trying to get my solar panels equipped .. my company Titan went bankrupted and greenLancer picked it up but it’s been over a year trying to schedule upgrades to prepare my grid up to standard .. idk if it’s greenLancer or the inspector .. I’m sitting here in limbo and i had to push my Srec agreement back to keep it ..
