Room was creaking lights weren’t working toilet handle was falling off. Couldn’t sleep because bus stop and cars could be heard all through the night. No towels when trying to communicate with apartment manager no assistance was provided calls were sent to voicemail. Check in was really convoluted. If i could rate this place lower I would do not stay here
Our upstairs apartment was so charming, clean, and comfortable. We will stay agin in the future. Great location as well!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The person running this place is entirely incompetent. On my arrival date, I had not received any check in instructions. I called to no answer then got a text. I proceeded to spend my entire flight going back and forth as he "tried to figure out payment with Expedia." The place was booked and the stay was fully paid for three weeks in advance. Then he told me that I would have to switch rooms in the middle of a three day stay. Why was this being addressed the day of my arrival??? I would have went elsewhe... read more
Needed to cancel the week in advance, and that was after trying to reach them a week and a half earlier with questions and actually needed to stay longer, but never heard back. Personally, I think a week is more than enough time to fill the room and there was no compassion nor anyone who answered phone calls. Glad we avoided it. They can fight with our credit card company.
A very charming place and room! Lots of room and ample windows. Location is perfect for Uptown
