Fabio was amazing. My Maytronics dolphin wasn’t working. Turns out I needed a new control panel. Fabio had a spare and let me swap it over free of charge. I will definitely be back! Great customer service.

Loved the customer service from two young lads called ben and Isaac. they got my pool running totally Habibi🤘🤘
Not really showing competence or good customer service They are polite people and try to give service. But I Had a water test a few weeks back and advised them the model of the controller as ozone xlm and mgcl salt. They advised raising salt as too low and sold me 5 bags. Since then controller has intermittent cutout at high salt levels. Had pool retested at blue sea , who normally do it, and they advised correct target 1000ppm and pool now at 3200. Only solution.
